Technology

We have developed a modern production environment, based on a long tradition of making brandy that allows for adapting the equipment and processes to market needs on day-to-day basis.

On an average working day, we produce:

  • 58.000 litres of Dana bottled water.
  • 64.000 litres of juices, syrups and refreshment drinks and
  • 2.000 litres of alcoholic beverages.

In 2001, we have invested into a modern filling line for filling water and refreshment drinks into a PET packaging. There is a process of moulding and additionally cleaning the packaging, taking place immediately before filling, which has an advantage over the regular procedure where packaging is kept in stock.

Cleaning and sanitation is carried out according to a carefully planned program, with regard to the requirements of the HACCP system, whereas the filling lines are cleaned with CIP (Cleaning in Place), a system designed for automatic cleaning. In order to ensure the continuous flow of raw material and products in our storehouses, FIFO (first in first out) system has been established.
